This Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by PTCars and Perth Airport Direct,
We reserves the right to revise any of the terms and conditions stated here and will come into
effect 60 minutes after posting. A quote on a journey will be valid until 24 hours after the issue there of.

Low cost Chauffeured Car cannot be held responsible for any loss in financial ,professional, missed flight, trains due to the Charter Vehicle not arriving at the pick up or drop off address at the booked time due to adverse weather ,traffic conditions or road traffic accidents as well as road closures or been given incorrect booking information by the customer. Also car breakdown due to excessive use of vehicles. If this does occur the customer has the opportunity to wait and another vehicle would be sent out as soon as possible or a full refund could be asked for which would be given to you. If the customer booked the journey online and received a confirmation reference number however they must wait to receive the confirmation from Us stated we have received the booking details prior to your scheduled pick up date.
We reserve the right to the use of sub-contractors to provide service to the passengers.
All sub-contractors are registered with us, insured and licensed by Department of Transport.
Booking for Bank and Public Holidays are subject to availability and special negotiated rates will apply.
Special rates apply on date: 25, 26 of December, and 01 of January. Please call or send us email for quotation.

A full payment will be charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is regarded as confirmed when payment has been received and we will send you a full confirmation of your booking. We request you check the details of the hire carefully and inform us immediately of any errors or changes. We accept form of payments online by Credit Card and PayPal from our website, by Credit or Debit Card over the phone, Electronic transfer money to our Bank Account. Transfering money we must received and must be cleared in 5 days of the booking. We also accept payment in the car by CASH, Credit / Debit Card and CABCHARGE.
Prices on our booking system are calculated from the Airports and Cruise Port to the WA area which is on the list, without further stops and waiting on way, or other extra service. Any further orders like pickup or drop off, or changes in direction, further charges apply. Approx $30, pricing depend from the distance. In our prices include goods and service tax. All prices are in AUD.
Amount of Luggage for SAFETY,
and size requirement;
The Passenger / Your responsibility is to ensure that you order a suitable vehicle for your requirements.
For example the Sedan car allowed for 4 passengers, 2 standart suitcases, 3 hand small bags. You can have 3 small suitcases (less than 20kg and no oversize or plastics), (Standart size is up to 23kg). If your luggage is bigger than that, you have to upgrade to MPV vehicle. You need to inform us about your requirements. The driver can refuse the travel if the luggage will be oversized or the amount of luggage will be higher from the amount on your booking. Eventually the driver can cancel the pickup and No refund will be given.
A reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the Company. It has to be done by email, fax or by phone. Cancellations informed more than 24 hours prior to time of the journey mean that full refund of the booking price will be given. Cancellation informed less than 12 hours prior to time of booking journey will incur 25% charge of the booking price. Cancellation informed less than 6 hours prior to time of booking journey will ncur 100% charge of the booking price.
All payments can be made by credit / debit card.
In case of credit / debit card, your card will be charged before or on the day of the journey,
but the card details will only serve to secure the booking, or may be charged for instances of a cancellation
or - No Show !
NO SHOW Fee;
If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated location and has not informed us of any change of plan then the full amount will be charged plus waiting time where applicable..
If we pick up from a WA address the driver will wait up and till 15 minutes, after the time the booking was made for. If we are unable to make contact with the passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number) we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost. At the Airport the driver will go into The Terminal soon after landing( based on official Airport flight information ) or that time customer has specified otherwise). The driver will wait at the Hall or meeting point in the arrivals terminal. If the passenger has been waiting at the meeting point of the airport and fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the Office so as to arrange how to meet. Passenger should not just leave the Airport without letting Us know as this will be regarded as a - No Show.!
Reservation modification regarding transport times, routes or dates must be done 24 hours in advance. Where possible we will accommodate your requirements, however a guarantee cannot be made.
In the Art of passenger safety, our Chauffeur's will drive at safe and sensible speeds as in accordance with legal speed limits, traffic and current road conditions. The Chauffeur reserves the right to deny access to a venue that they feel may put the passengers and vehicle in an unsafe situation.
Perth Airport Direct, reserves the right to use of sub-contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub-contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licenced, Insured and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Department of Transport in Perth WA.
